These terms explain the rules for using MuraCRM, what your agency is responsible for, and what you can expect from us.
1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern access to and use of MuraCRM, provided by MuraCRM. By creating an agency account, signing in, or using MuraCRM, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the agency you represent. If you do not agree, do not use MuraCRM.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
- The agency owner is responsible for the agency account, for the staff users it creates, and for the roles and permissions it assigns.
- Keep sign-in credentials confidential and do not share accounts. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You are responsible for activity under your agency's accounts.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
3. Authorised use and prohibited activities
Use MuraCRM only to run your travel agency's legitimate business. You must not:
- access, or try to access, another agency's data or any part of the service you are not authorised to use;
- probe, scan, or test the service's security, or interfere with its operation;
- upload malware or content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to share;
- use MuraCRM or a connected WhatsApp number to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that break WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies;
- copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.
4. Your data and your responsibilities for it
Your agency owns the data it enters into or receives through MuraCRM, including customer, traveller, booking, payment, and message data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to collect and use that data, for its accuracy, and for answering your customers' privacy requests. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you connect a WhatsApp Business number, you are also responsible for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and policies, including obtaining customer opt-in where required.
5. Plans, limits, and fees
Each agency is assigned a subscription plan, which can limit features such as the number of staff users and connected WhatsApp numbers. MuraCRM enforces those limits in the product.
Fees, billing periods, and payment terms are agreed with your agency separately.
6. Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties, such as Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform or Google's Gemini API for optional AI assistance. Those services are provided under their own terms, may change or become unavailable, and are outside our control. AI-generated suggestions can be wrong; staff should review them before relying on them.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep MuraCRM available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, and we may add, change, or remove features. Where a change significantly reduces functionality you rely on, we will take reasonable steps to let agency owners know.
8. Intellectual property
MuraCRM, its software, design, and branding belong to MuraCRM and its licensors. These terms give your agency a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. Feedback you share may be used to improve MuraCRM.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict an agency's access if these terms are breached, if fees are unpaid, if needed to protect the service or other users, or if required by law. Suspension blocks access without deleting the agency's data.
An agency may stop using MuraCRM at any time and may ask us to delete its data as described on our Data Deletion page.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
MuraCRM is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. MuraCRM is a business tool: your agency remains responsible for its bookings, prices, travel arrangements, and dealings with customers and suppliers.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, take reasonable steps to inform agency owners. Continuing to use MuraCRM after an update means you accept the updated terms.
